I Lost 20 Lbs Of Fat!
In no other program have I acheived even half the amount of sucess I have on yours.To date since I've started I have lost 20lbs of fat, I put on 13lbs of muscle, and I'm
down to a 36/38 regular fit jeans from a 42 relaxed fit and my body fat percentage has droped from 23% to 18%. As for your motivation book
your working on you could sum it up in one sentence "Just get off your bum, give this routine
your best, and as you get smaller your motivation will get bigger" haha, at least thats my experience with this all.
Thank you for helping this fat kid see that there is a beautiful and fit person willing to fight his way out of this flabby shell.

Hello Ray:
Wanted to share some news with you.
Felt almost "amazing" the last two days! On Tuesday morning felt rested when
I awoke, easily slipped into a skirt, at lunch had a steak sandwich which
did not put me to sleep AND then took my little one for a walk to the park
later in the evening. Many "firsts" in 1 day!!
I have known for a long time that making it through the day shouldn't be near
as hard as it has been. A big thanks for your effort and encouragement which
even in such early stages is so positively affecting my daily experience.

The Eureka Moment!
Aside from Ray Burton having muscles the size of Texas, making us old fogies jealous as hell, he is also the most informed,
committed physical trainer we have ever encountered. No manipulation with Ray. You do the work or he goes on a long vacation. And what work.
He can take a space, any space and turn it in to your personal training center. His knowledge of the body allows him to tailor make exercises
(we call them torture sessions) that suits our physical limitations and ambitions. After 60 days with Ray, we’re stronger, much stronger,
have better balance, enjoy greater flexibility and walk more erectly. We are even getting more defined muscles something we had kinda given up on.

Ray is very knowledgeable about nutrition and psychology, not to mention almost everything else and has a vibrant and very funny sense of humour.
Ray has published several books and is decidedly not just another pretty face. Above all, Ray is a fine teacher. He’ll often let us complain that this or that exercise isn’t working and suggest what part of the body needs to be moved in a certain way so that the exercise will work. The eureka moment adds to our understanding and juices our commitment.
Baillie and I feel very privileged to have met Ray and to work with him. As an aside, we are avid golfers and both of us have noticed longer shots and more stamina on the course.
